By purchasing our products, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. FinalPress reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

When you make a purchase this website, you agree to provide accurate and current payment information. You authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the total amount of your order and fees.
5. Returns and Refunds
If your FinalPress unit arrives damaged during shipping, we will promptly replace it. Depending on the damaged part, we may request the return of the damaged unit. It is essential to notify us within 5 days of delivery to facilitate the issuance of the replacement part. After this initial period, a small fee will be incurred for shipping the replacement part. Please note that, as we have recently completed shipping pre-orders, our inventory is still located overseas, incurring expensive international shipping fees. Consequently, all sales are considered final, and returns cannot be accepted at this time.

Kindly ensure you double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify the address. Unfortunately, returned orders will incur shipping charges, a situation we'd like to help you avoid.

Packages deemed undeliverable or refused will result in return shipping costs. If an order is returned as refused or undeliverable and a refund is requested, you will be responsible for the associated shipping fee.
